This water indeed has its own life.
This series is based on afternoon escapes to the beach in Aarhus. My fellow artist and designer, Miche, has become my muse over the time we’ve shared in our studio. For that reason, it was natural for us to take our joy of the water on to the wood, which has now added up to 10 pieces.
The series is called Blue Tides, because if there’s something I’ll remember that beach for, it’s how magically the water can just come up and splash you from behind. This water indeed has its own life.
